5. Subscriptions & Payments
5.1 Subscription Plans
Certain features and courses on the Platform may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Details of available plans, pricing, and features are displayed on the Platform.
5.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed through our secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.
- You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges for your selected plan.
- We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
5.3 Refund Policy
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
- Refunds are processed at our sole discretion and will be credited to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- No refunds will be provided for partially consumed courses, downloadable resources already accessed, or expired subscription periods.
- Free trial periods, if offered, do not qualify for refunds.
5.4 Subscription Renewal & Cancellation
Subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods.
6. User Conduct
By using our Platform, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Copy, distribute, share, or reproduce any course content, materials, videos, or resources without prior written authorization.
- Record, screenshot, or screen-capture live classes or recorded sessions unless explicitly permitted.

- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with the experience of other users in any disruptive manner.
Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, videos, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, course materials, quizzes, software, and design — is the property of Sure Success Ayurveda Classes or its content creators and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
7.1 Limited License
Upon enrollment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Reproduce or distribute the content in any form.
- Use the content for commercial purposes, including reselling or creating derivative works.
- Sub-license or transfer your access to any third party.

7.2 User-Generated Content

9. Limitation of Liability
